Branch Out Consulting was founded in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was founded on the principal that people hold the key to unlocking the potential within an organisation and that a people-first culture is needed to develop high-performing teams capable of delivering in the “new normal”.
Our mission is to help organisations unlock the potential of their people through a laser focused approach to coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders within IT departments, helping to rescue failing projects, complete turn-arounds or just improve on the accepted status-quo.
